WORKING AT LATTICE
Lattice is a start-up, remote working environment, so you'll be working with a small, integrated team of hard-working engineers and researchers. You will be given plenty of responsibility from the get-go, and receive the guidance needed along the way. Lattice allows you to pave your own growth path, both within the company and your career as a whole.
WE'RE ALWAYS LOOKING FOR NEW CONSULTANTS
At Lattice, we value hard work, drive, focus and excellent personal time management. Becoming a chemical product design consultant at Lattice will require a minimum of a Bachelors degree in a scientific field. Experimental research and chemical product design experience will put candidates at a distinct advantage.

We are committed to offering a space for employees to grow by following their own individual paths - therefore, we have full-time, part-time, and contract consulting positions with flexible work hours.
We give preference to those candidates who are studying or intending to study part-time whilst working, as this is beneficial to both the company and the individual.

AND WE'RE COMMITTED TO PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES TO STUDENTS AND GRADUATES
We know that the unemployment crisis in South Africa is preventing many students and graduates from finding the opportunities needed to chase their dreams. Lattice can be a stepping stone for you on this journey.

We hire current undergraduate students as part-time or holiday interns to boost their credentials, and we offer contract internships to recent graduates with scientific degrees but no formal research or product design research. Often, these opportunities will lead to full-time or long-term employment, provided that the intern agrees to further their education.
